A BIG help!!May 21, 2010

I bought these large print stickers for my Mac keyboard. I'm an audio engineer, visually impaired, and often work in low light in the studio. When I received the stickers I noticed there were no Mac-specific stickers as there are in the photo here on Amazon. I called AramediA and spoke with Kim. She did some checking, found that they had shipped the wrong ones and sent the correct ones to me at no charge. THAT is customer service. She told me to keep the first set and shipped the correct ones out immediately. I highly recommend the stickers, as they are a huge help, and I HIGHLY recommend doing business with AramediA. I am 52 years old and work on a computer 9 hours a day for customer service. This product has been a life saver. It puts my eyes at ease and has enhanced my work life. The letters are durable and comfortable. My young co-workers laugh at me, but they also want to know where I got it. Maybe I'll tell them when they stop laughing. I am ordering a 2nd set for my home computer. I like to work in dim light when watching T.V. and being on the computer and I can't wait to get it. You truely will not be disappointed.
