Deaf is cool!Sep 10, 2011
By DeeDee3 I was thrilled to find this d.v.d. at one of my local libraries; I didn't think anything of this type exists. (My adult son is deaf and I'm a late-deafened adult.) I've always felt that there is a huge gulf between the deaf and hearing communities, and that both sides were poorer in experience as a result. I would like to see D-Pan make more ASL music videos, because they could be a unique vehicle to unite both deaf and hearing young people. Deaf is cool, and deaf is mainstream, and this d.v.d. shows that.
ASL LOVEJul 23, 2009
By treko13 This is a great example of what Deaf Culture is evolving into! It's great to see practical uses for ASL and it's great for people just learning ASL! Buy it!
