They will not ooze adhesive, dry out, or damage the original keyboard key. The letters are printed on the underside of the Russian (Windows XP) stickers so that the lettering will not wear out. These are the best keyboard stickers on the market. The red clear stickers are best for white keyboards under normal lights. The black non-glare with yellow are the best for laptops, becasue of the directional lighting used in bed, and other places where a person uses their laptop. I reccomend buying a few extra sets of these stickers, becasue you never know when you are going to need to buy a new keyboard or computer.
