 Great product. HORRIBLE upgrade policyFeb 28, 2009
This 1 star is more about Adobe's upgrade policy than it is Dreamweaver itself and a warning to all potential buyers. I have spent thousands of dollars on Adobe products over the years, purchased several versions of Dreamweaver before it was owned by Adobe, later upgraded to the Creative Suite and have CS3 Web Premium. I decided that Dreamweaver was the only app that I use enough to justify upgrading to CS4 and purchased this product. Seeing that I have had (and paid for) Dreamweaver for years and owned CS3 Suite, it did not seem like an issue.... think again. If you have the suite, you MUST upgrade to another suite, you can't pay them MORE PER ITEM, just to upgrade a single item in the suite. I called and spoke to several people at Adobe and they agreed. As a result, I was stuck with an upgrade that will not even upgrade on my system. F- on the upgrade policy and customer service for this.
On to the product itself... (I did end up getting a copy that would upgrade on my system - so I guess they got my money anyway)
This is a must have upgrade of Dreamweaver for anyone who uses it on a daily basis. It is much faster than the previous version, has a better interface for the program, and many improved features.

So the truth is that I would recommend this product, but am VERY opposed to Adobe's current upgrade policy system.

 An Exceptional UpgradeDec 19, 2008
Adobe Dreamweaver CS4 Upgrade This is an exceptional upgrade. While I'll be learning how to use many of the features for some time I was able to do things faster than with the older version. Lots of time saving features. I am really pleased with it.
